Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 1phdream platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 1phdream Platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 1phdream, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online casino gaming.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 1phdream, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from 1phdream or any other gaming platform under a cross-platform exclusion arrangement.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

1phdream reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all gameplay will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any winnings generated.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 1phdream Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your 1phdream account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all registration fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
• Keep your account credentials — including your password and any OTP codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 1phdream immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your 1phdream account.

1phdream is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

Account registration and use of the 1phdream Platform is subject to successful completion of our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. 1phdream may request identity documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing compliance review.

Deposits & Payments

1phdream accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the time of deposit.

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered 1phdream account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your 1phdream account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfers via BDO, BPI, or Metrobank may take up to 30 minutes to reflect, depending on the bank's processing times.
• 1phdream does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your 1phdream account and used for gameplay, except in cases of verified technical error.

1phdream reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Required documents include a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID) and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• 1phdream reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity.

Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 1phdream Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, and bingo rooms — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer protocols that ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes. Game outcomes are not influenced by 1phdream, the player's account history, or any external factor.

Each game on 1phdream has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. 1phdream is not liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and any stakes returned to the player's account.
• 1phdream reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of software error, data corruption, or manipulation by the player.
• Live dealer game results are final once the dealer has announced the outcome and the round has closed. No disputes regarding live dealer outcomes will be entertained after the round has concluded.

Bonuses & Promotions

1phdream offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games and certain other game types may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per round is ₱500 (or the equivalent in other denominations). Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your 1phdream account at any given time. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: 1phdream reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.

1phdream reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players are advised to check the current terms of any active promotion before opting in.

Responsible Gaming

1phdream is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools they need to maintain control over their gambling activity. The following player protection tools are available to all registered 1phdream account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login and deposits are disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a long-term account lock for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion is binding and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Contact 1phdream support to activate self-exclusion.
• Reality Check: A periodic summary of your net win/loss position for the current session, displayed at intervals you select.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1phdream Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or the Platform itself. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any deposit made to your 1phdream account through your payment provider without first contacting 1phdream support.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 1phdream staff or other players through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 1phdream Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of 1phdream or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 1phdream.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any 1phdream trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of 1phdream's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 1phdream.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1phdream's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 1phdream account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1phdream shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond 1phdream's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of God.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• The accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any third-party game content available on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 1phdream's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Account Suspension & Termination

1phdream reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any uncleared bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5–10 business days, provided no legal hold applies.

You may close your 1phdream account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Closing your account does not affect any obligations that arose prior to closure.

Amendments

1phdream reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 1phdream will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the 1phdream Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation. Nothing in this clause shall limit 1phdream's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

1phdream operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction of residence.
